We train our athletes with the full spectrum of the CrossFit method to develop a general physical preparedness that enables them to do well at any task or sport life throws their way now – and long into the future. That is a big goal and a big responsibility – and one we have never taken lightly.

We don’t sacrifice constantly varied programming or breadth of development because of workout complexity, equipment, movement difficulty, athlete ego, or class logistics. We make it work, and our athletes are fitter for it. We layer coaching and application on a foundation that is 100% CrossFit.

Personal Training

Our team works 1-on-1 & semi private sessions, with clients to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainers will coach you through a personalized program designed to fit your needs.

Through the years of working one on one with clients, listening to their wants and needs, hearing the excuses, and seeing their struggles… we have created the ULTIMATE body and life transformation program to shatter all false beliefs, struggles and battles you face as you start (and conquer) your transformation story.

CrossFit Classes

You want to work toward being decidedly fit, look better naked, find health, be ready for any seasonal sport, and make your daily workout ingrained in your life. Our program delivers on the CrossFit tenets, providing individuals a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unparalleled fitness level through daily group class attendance.

CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.

Sports Performance – Semi-Private and Team Training

These programs are for the athlete looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong, and agile through a supportive and challenging environment. This program yields confidence and toughness that translates to the field, classroom, and life. By scaling speed, volume, load, and intensity, we make each session appropriate for the beginner through to the elite high school athlete.

This accomplished by screening each athlete for mobility, strength, coordination, agility, balance, and body awareness. Then they are provided training to address their weaknesses and prevent injury. As needed, additional performance equipment maybe be recommended, depending on sport. The best way to position your athlete for college is effective cross training that promotes a well rounded athlete. This includes education in optimal nutrition for their sport, mindset in performance, and specific strategies to excel their abilities in their sport. Athletes achieve gains through cross training and are able to soar come game time.

Nutrition Coaching

You want to get healthy, get lean, get strong. Pick your what and work 1-on-1 with our expert team of nutrition coaches. Nutrition is crucial to both health and performance. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to food, want to improve your performance, or make changes to your body composition, our team of nutrition coaches will guide and support you to results you never thought possible.

The key to body composition transformations and optimal health is in what you eat. But fad diets don’t work. Food is medicine and our knowledgeable Nutrition Coaching Staff will work with you one on one to educate you on HOW to eat to reach your goals, WITHOUT sacrificing all the foods you love. We’ll TEACH you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the long term. With weekly checkins, accountability, and customization, this program is guaranteed to get you results.

Specialty Classes/Events

It’s not working the strengths that make us better; it’s attacking our weaknesses. We support you in your efforts to become a more well-rounded athlete with a variety of Specialty Classes offered in rotating sessions: Explore Olympic Weightlifting, Yoga/Active Recovery, Active Kids Sessions, Meraki Warriors for Adaptive Athletes, learning seminars, Special Events & learning workshops to choose from, so that you can grow personally, mentally, and physically.

These learning opportunities are provided in a variety of ways and are rotating programs. We are committed to self growth and we as a team are constantly challenging our self growth, which we share our knowledge with our community. This allows us to serve the diverse population that we do with a range of fitness abilities, ages, and backgrounds. We strive to build a positive inclusive community that is a practical learning environment for all. Reaching outside of the comfort zone is what allows one to grow.

Physical Therapy

Amy Posadas graduated with a Masters Degree in physical therapy from Maryville University. Amy has over 16 years of experience working in a variety of settings including outpatient, sports enhancement, acute rehab, and home care; ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric.

Over the past 4 years Amy has used her skills to build a practice and community that provides the treatment, education, support, and accountability required to recover from injury, become pain free, and return to a healthy and active lifestyle.
