About Us
Meraki CrossFit
Our Group Fitness classes go above and beyond to help you find success. Instead of creating a cookie-cutter program and then leaving you to it, our system is designed to offer individualized instruction for every person who comes through our doors. We set you up with targeted fitness training, comprehensive nutrition coaching, and complete accountability every step of the way.
We’re helping people reach fitness goals that they never thought were possible without spending hours doing cardio and sacrificing all the foods they love. We’re showing people how to have balance in health and fitness.

ABOUT KAITLYN
Growing up I was active but always wanted more. I wanted to be a strong woman and do what most others could not. CrossFit has given me the opportunity to achieve a level of fitness that I never could in a traditional gym setting. I still have a lot to learn and am working to reach my fitness goals, but feel more confident to achieve those goals. I became a coach to help others like me to achieve their goals. I enjoy being part of such a strong community of like-minded people, all working towards reaching their individual goals and supporting each other.

ABOUT DAN
Functional fitness has allowed me to continue playing the sport I love, maintain an active lifestyle, and look forward to an active future. My favorite thing about coaching is seeing people push beyond their own mental barriers and learn that they are stronger than they thought.

Phil Haas
Coach
ABOUT PHIL
A few years ago, I was severely overweight and had type 2 diabetes that was out of control. I reigned in my diet and started CrossFit. Along with a close eye on nutrition, CrossFit has allowed me to keep control of my health.
I became a coach so I could help others realize what they are capable of both physically and mentally. I love the application and carryover to everyday life that the functional movements we practice at CrossFit provide.

ABOUT HEIDI
I have been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Most of those years were spent Personal Training and teaching Group Fitness. In 2020, I joined a CrossFit gym and it has changed me mentally, physically and emotionally. It has stripped me down in the best possible way so that I can be built back up stronger and better than ever. As a Mom of 4, I understand the importance of taking care of myself and I love helping others find that for themselves.

ABOUT STEPHANIE
I started my fitness journey back in 2007 after I had my first child and tried just about everything from globo-style gyms to workout DVD’s because I wasn’t comfortable in my skin coming from being a multi-season athlete. For everything I tried, nothing stuck, it ended up feeling boring and repetitive. Then in 2009 I found CrossFit and fell in love.
It was something new everyday, so many different implements and movements and best of all the community and camaraderie were second to none. From there I went to my first CFL1 in 2010 and started coaching shortly thereafter. I have experienced myself and witnessed first hand the transformative power CrossFit has to not only improve health but positively impact lives.
I will forever be honored and humbled to be able to be a part of this process for clients as a coach, sounding board, confidant and friend.

ABOUT RYAN
To coach or not to coach, that was the question. The answer was much simpler, of course I’ll coach. After 11 years of having first drank the CrossFit kool-aid, entire calendar years spent working out, millions of pounds lifted, and all the experience that comes with that I was ready. Sharing the knowledge I’ve gained in that time is the least I can do to give back to those I’ve learned from. I don’t just want to coach though. I want to show everyone, and hopefully inspire them, through my own fitness journey that we can always learn and get better. No matter who you are.
Lastly, I desire nothing more than to share my passion for the sport of CrossFit and the functional fitness way of life with our great community. I look forward to seeing each and everyone in class, whether as a coach or classmate.
